Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year!

Dear Parents and Students,

I am so excited to be a part of this exceptional team of educators at Legacy Traditional School – Avondale. My utmost responsibility is to promote Legacy’s high expectations for student achievement and character development by supporting our students, parents, and our community. I am committed to fostering a positive school environment, where our students are safe, physically and emotionally, and love to come every day to learn and excel. Our students thrive with the combination of our caring and dedicated staff, back-to-basics curriculum, focus on character development, and enrichment opportunities.

As part of the Legacy mission and philosophy, I firmly believe that the partnership between parents and the school is central to our students’ continued success. Legacy teachers and staff are passionate and committed to helping students reach their highest potential. They are able to quickly meet the needs and goals of our students when there is open and frequent communication with parents.

Prior to joining Legacy Traditional School, I was a school principal for three years and demonstrated my commitment to excellence with increased student achievement scores, attendance rates, and parental involvement. As a long-term resident of the West Valley, I am thrilled to now invest myself in the growth of our children and community. I am eager to get started and look forward to meeting our new LTS – Avondale school family.
